Open your windows to let in fresh air and you will get a brain and body boost. This is the easiest thing you can do to immediately improve your indoor air quality and you will notice the effects. Consider the exterior doors on your home. Are they solid or do they provide views to the outdoors? Even a small window like this half circle window in an otherwise solid door provides a view to the backyard, lets in a bit of natural daylight, and provides information about weather and time of day. As a major bonus, views of green vegetation are proven to assist in healing, and we can all use a little health boost.
