Let in the light

There is no more powerful element to create beauty and mood in a space than natural daylight.

Too many of our windows remain blinded or curtained throughout the day, as if  we were indifferent to the cycles of night, day and season.

Natural daylight brings on good sleep by regulating our circadian rhythm.

Whether the sun is out or not, try turning off the electric lights and letting in some natural daylight.
